Here at Emu Park Gym & Swim, we offer a variety of classes which suit all fitness levels. These classes range from Yoga, Stretch & Relax, Low Impact Balance and Pilates, to more strenous classes like Full Body Strength, TABATA Interval Training & Boxing/HIIT.
All programs are regularly updated, with our range of high class trainers tailoring each workout to suit every individual.
