13 (or Year 8). We offer free programs to assist with getting confident with all our equipment.
Can I trial the facilities?
One of our staff members will be happy to show you around our beautiful facilities and let you try equipment that you are unfamiliar with. As we offer 'No Contract Memberships', we do not offer 7 day free trials or alike.
Do you have lockers?
We have lockers available for you to use free of charge. Enter your own code each time you use it.
How do you book a tennis court?
Both members and non-members book through our website or see staff for availability.
How do you book a Group Fitness Class?
Download our MyClub Fitness app or book online to book your next class, up to one day in advance if possible.
What do I need to bring to the gym?
You must have suitable footwear, Towel & Yoga Mat if doing any floor work classes ie: Pilates & Yoga.
Do you have bathrooms?
Yes we have high class amenities for both males & females (including lockers) – female bathroom also has a hairdryer.
How do you book a Sauna?
EMu Park Gym & Swim does not have direct access to a sauna, however, see staff regarding upgrading your membership to include Seaspray's newest business, the "Recovery Room", featuring infrared saunas, icebaths, spa baths, compression therapy, stretching & massage areas, and more.
Can I book a Personal Trainer?
Yes, personal trainers can be booked directly through reception, on our app or online.
Can I get a program written?
Yes we have staff coaches available for program writing.
What are you doing to keep the gym clean & safe?
• Staff do mandatory COVID-19 clean throughout shifts, both AM/PM
• Sanitizer stations all throughout the club
• Paper Towel and Hospital Grade Sanitizer in all areas for after workout wipe down
• Ensuring members bring a towel and water bottle – no towel no train policy
Do you have a carpark?
Yes. We have a large carpark that is suitable for all gym members, as well as casual visits to the lifestyle centre & facilities.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes we encourage you to place your membership on hold rather than cancelling – we are flexible with how many times you can place your membership on hold.
